Council Holding Special Executive Session Feb. 28

A special session of the Freeman City Council has been convened for Monday evening, February 28, at 6:30 PM. The purpose is to meet in executive session. The next regularly scheduled meeting of the council will take place the following evening, Tuesday, March 1, at 6:30 PM. Both meetings will be held in council chambers at City Hall.
