Rubble Site Hours Set to Change April 2

The Freeman City Council recently made a change to the hours of operation for the Rubble Site west of town. Rather than waiting until May to shift to the spring/summer schedule, those hours will go into effect in April. From April through September, the hours will be from 3 to 7 PM on Wednesdays & from noon to 5 PM on Saturdays.
