Presidents Day Closure at City Hall

Offices at Freeman’s City Hall will be closed on Monday, February 21, in observance of the Presidents Day holiday. Our on-site dropbox & online payment options remain available 24/7. Regular office hours at City Hall are 8 AM-noon & 1-5 PM, Monday through Friday, with the exception of specified holidays.
