Freeman Facelift Grant Applications Available at City Hall

The Freeman Growth Foundation is making $60,000 of funding available to existing Freeman businesses in the form of 50/50 matching grants. Awards of the Freeman Facelift grant are being made on a first-come, first-served basis, as funds remain available. The grants are intended for exterior improvements to business properties, with successful proposals eligible to receive a maximum award of up to $10,000 per applicant. A 5-member team comprised of individuals from the Freeman Growth Foundation, the Freeman Community Development Corporation, the City of Freeman, & the community at-large oversees the award process. Application packets may be picked up at Freeman’s City Hall during normal business hours.
