Council Sets Free Rubble Site Dates

The Freeman City Council has set Saturday, June 10, and Wednesday, June 14, as the dates when free access to the rubble site west of town will be available. Those who receive sanitation services from the City of Freeman are eligible and encouraged to make use of this opportunity.. Regular rubble site hours of noon to 5 PM on Saturday and 3 PM to 7 PM on Wednesday will be observed.

A fee of $20 will be assessed for the deposit of old, tube-style TVs and monitors. Flat screen TVs and monitors will be charge a fee of $5-$20, based on size. Other than that, no tipping fees will be charged on those dates.
