The Freeman City Council will meet in special session at 12:15 PM on Friday, September 3. The purpose of the meeting is to discuss the start of the bid process for bringing infrastructure to Freeman’s recently-annexed Westward View Addition. The meeting agenda is posted in the “Government” section of this website & is also posted on the front door of City Hall.
