No Watering Between 10 AM & 7 PM

Councilors voted unanimously during the June 15 meeting of the Freeman City Council to implement watering restrictions. Watering will NOT be allowed in Freeman between the hours of 10 AM & 7 PM. The restrictions become effective upon notification.
