Memorial Day Closure at City Hall

Freeman’s City Hall will be closed in observance of the Memorial Day holiday on Monday, May 30. Barring holidays, regular office hours at City Hall are from 8 AM to noon and 1 PM to 5 PM, Monday through Friday.
