Main Street Bids Accepted Through 2 PM Wednesday

This is a reminder that bids for Freeman’s Main Street Reconstruction project will be accepted through 2 PM on Wednesday, March 16. Bid opening will take place in a public forum in council chambers at Freeman’s City Hall at 2:15 PM on the same day. Freeman’s reconstruction project spans from Fifth Street to North County Road on Main Street & also includes a portion of Railway Street. Bid alternates are being accepted to include one block to the east & one block to the west of Main Street on both Third & Fourth Streets.
