Blowing & Drifting Snow Closes Rubble Site on Jan. 25

The Rubble Site west of town will again be closed on Wednesday, January 25. Following Saturday’s closure, city officials had hoped for weather conditions to be favorable today; blowing and drifting snow, however, prevent that from happening.

Freeman schools have also dismissed early due to the deteriorating weather conditions outside of town.
