City Awards Bid for Main Street Project

The Freeman City Council voted unanimously 5-0 during their April 6 meeting to award the bid for the reconstruction of Freeman's Main Street & several adjacent blocks to Reede Construction of Aberdeen. The award is contingent upon concurrence from the South Dakota Department of Transportation. Councilor Blaine Saarie was unable to attend the session.
